Pair of grey, blue, and red leather ‘Kookaburra’ brand cricket batting gloves for left handed batter. Each glove has three layers of ‘sausage roll’ finger protection on top of each finger and back of the hand. Leather covered top layer with high density foam in middle. Navy blue mesh fabric between each finger and around glove edges. Two blue leather diamond shapes sewn into top side of little finger, and one blue and one red diamond sewn into top side of ring finger. Square, white, plastic tag marked with red outline of kookaburra sewn into back of hand below middle and ring fingers. ‘KOOKABURRA’ marked in blue on rectangular plastic tag sewn into the leather across the base of the hand above wrist. Soft grey leather on palms covered with six small round ventilation holes forming a circle. Double-sided towelling wrist band with elastic edges and red, white and blue stripes at edges and blue and white pattern in the middle. Velcro flap with synthetic white covering attached to underside of wrist band. ‘KOOKABURRA’ and outline of kookaburra printed in red on synthetic covering over Velcro. ‘BUBBLE/PREMIER/111’ printed in blue at edge of Velcro covering. Two small white rectangular plastic tags inside wrist band. ‘CE/LEATHER/MADE IN INDIA’ printed in black on one tag and ‘MENS/LM(?)printed on second tag.

Padding on thumb divided into two sections with single blue diamond sewn into top. Six small round hard plastic pieces inserted into top layer on index and middle fingers, and are visible through leather. Navy blue leather protective padding on outside of index finger. ‘(signature)/BRETT LEE/N.S.W. & AUSTRALIA’ in blue, and ‘BUBBLE’ marked in red on white plastic tag marked sewn onto base of index finger.
[.2] Right hand glove. Thumb unpadded and unmarked. Blue padded leather covering outside edge of little finger. Two blue leather diamond shapes sewn into top of index finger and red and blue diamonds sewn into middle finger.
