Small, rectangular, yellowed paper, death certificate for leo Freudenberg, in German. Black ink, typed certificate, with no decoration or embellishment, signed in pencil. Small paper-clip shaped rust mark to top left corner. Reverse plain. Single vertical fold through centre. Small amount of tearing to edges.
