Small, rectangular, yellowed paper, black ink template with black ink, handwritten cursive details, ‘Jacob Jacobs/ Sögel I.H.’, receipt, in German. Stamped at top and bottom of template, in purple ink, oval shaped band, reads ‘Jacob Jacobs/ Sögel I.H’. Receipt reads ‘Rechnung/ Freudenberg/ für Synagogeu Gemmeinde Sögel. Bremen./…/Sögel, den 5. Juli 1936./…’. Two horizontal folds to lower half of page, single vertical fold to right side. Jagged top edge, appears to have been torn from book/pad.
