[1] Small, oblong, black enamel, ‘”LEITZ” No 8’, paper punch. Standard paper punch mechanism; wide, raised, arm, connected with bars and springs to paper punchers, with wide, rectangular base and smaller, silver-coloured metal catch tray for punched paper underneath. ‘”LEITZ” No 8’ punched into top of base, under arm. Metal catch tray under base swings open on hinges, collects punched paper. Metal rusted in places, especially bars and springs. Solder joins rusted where mechanism meets base, and around edges of base. Catch tray rusted in areas, particularly hinges. Enamel scratched all over. Mechanism still works.
[2] Numerous small, multi-coloured, pieces of punched paper from catch tray.
