Top three quarters of poster has red background. Lettering is black. Large photo print on left hand side coloured over in yellow. Photo shows a march led by a vehicle pulled by two horses carrying a banner reading: 'BREWERIES EMPLOYEES'.
Superimposed over this is photo of modern young male figure wearing hard hat. The hat and his skin are coloured red, his t-shirt yellow. He carries a long banner in his left hand, this is also coloured yellow.
Bottom strip has black background, yellow, white and red lettering.
