PHOTOGRAPH, Committee

H1993.423

The photograph shows seventeen well dressed men in mostly three piece suits with fob watches attached. There is one small child centred on a fur rug in front of the men. There is a wooden floor below and around the men. The background is totally black. Some men are seated on seats (wooden), others on the floor, but most are standing. The photograph is framed in a cardboard frame. Text written on the frame reads 'Committee, 8-Hours Day Demonstration,/ Held in Bunbury, 27th October 1913'. The photograph is held in place by another smaller piece of cardboard attached to the back of the frame.
