Green paper pad with black and red ink, a thick cardboard back and glue along the top. The words on every page are as follows, 'FINISHED STOCK/ NAME/ DATE BAKED/ No TUBS/ REMARKS'. After each of these is a printed black line on which to record the required information. There is a thick black line about halfway down each page and in the bottom left hand corner the characters 'AMW-F9'. Next to the top line of print is a number written in red ink which goes up one every second page. Every second page is cut off 2cm above the thick black line of ink.
