Cummerbund in psuedo-waistcoat style of black ribbed silk; 3 decorative buttons at front on pseudo-seam; fob buttonhole in middle; 2 inset watch pockets; black cotton sateen sides attach to 2 buckles and 2 straps of elastic; lined with white silk twill; 2 reinforcing bones parallel to middle.
