(a) Black satin evening frock. 5 silver coloured buttons down front to waist. 2 press-studs at neck; round neck - long sleeves. Fitted to waist with flared skirt (full-length). Piece inserted at back hem. Strips for underwear straps left and right shoulders.
(b) Black waist petticoat. Synthetic. Fastens at waist with hooks. Worn under (a) and made "swishing" sound when walking.
