Join us as Dr Bugalugs (aka Dr Darryl Hardie) discusses the role of citizen science in protecting our environment from pest species.

Insects are critical for the health of our environment; sometimes the right insect in the wrong place can cause significant disruption.

Citizen scientists monitoring species and mapping our biodiversity is critical. Learn how the data citizen scientists collect can play an important role in protecting our biodiversity as well as food production programs.
