The Museum of the Great Southern and Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery welcomes Tasmanian kanalaritja shell stringers, Tahana Rimmer and Verna Nichols.
They will present workshops on the ancient Aboriginal custom of shell stringing.
Visit the exhibition kanalaritja: An Unbroken String to see exquisite shell work and then learn traditional shell stringing techniques to make your own art or jewellery pieces.
