Les Johnson was one of Albany's great historians whose work was recognised nationally. in addition, his 30-year career as news journalist with the ABC in Albany was unprecedented, and his maritime background during World War II as a merchant seaman gave him a love and knowledge of the sea, second to none. Christine Layton and Malcolm Traill will trace his life, illustrated by photos and videos of his work as journalist and historian. Plus memories from his family and those who worked with him.
