Join the community of Youngs Siding, west of Albany, as they celebrate their past.

You'll hear stories of what life was like in the pioneering years. The trials, the fun, the daily grind and the changes that have occurred.

Compered by WA Museum - Albany Public Programs Officer (and Youngs Siding resident), Malcolm Traill.

Featuring a panel of long-time residents Trevor McIntosh, Dawn Hortin and Stan Morley, who will tell their tales and invite questions and contributions from the audience.

You can also see many historic images of Youngs Siding (courtesy of the Albany History Collection) in the atmosphere of the area's original meeting place, the Youngs Siding Hall.
