A NAIDOC Week Event. Presented by Prof. Anna Haebich & Prof. Kim Scott, Curtin University of Technology.

Two of Australia's finest writers on aboriginal issues join forces to present new research on Noongar performance in early colonial times. The Noongar people have a great tradition of dance, song and story, and Profs. Haebich and Scott will give some examples of this performance tradition and the reaction of the European explorers and settlers who witnessed these in both the King George's Sound and Swan River regions.
