Ruby McIntosh

Ruby’s work is infused with her love of the landscape around her. Born in Geraldton, she was raised in the Murchison region. Her creations are coloured with the earthy palette of the North, and include crocheted and stuffed animals, painted rocks, woodwork, bracelets and necklaces. She has always enjoyed art, beginning to practice woodwork and pottery at a young age. Now that she has had three children, she has rediscovered her creative abilities. Her distinctive techniques blend contemporary and traditional styles, drawing out stories that are relevant to all in today’s society.
